offices in Dublin city centre and around the M50 corridor in
Blanchardstown, Naas, Stillorgan and Swords & offices
nationwide in Cork, Limerick, Galway, Belfast and Newry.

Serving major corporations across Europe, Cpl
sources and deploys large numbers (15,000+ hires
per annum) of multilingual back-office, operational
and customer care staff throughout the EU.
By partnering with clients across 14 EU countries
through 18 languages, Cpl relocates people within
the EU to service our customers. Cpl has 4,000+ staff
at work every day (3,000 temps on assignment and
c.1,000 managed service employees).

• Judith started in Cpl as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in 2005.
• She built up a strong desk within the Science area.
• She progressed through to a Senior Recruiter and then Principal Team Lead through taking on major
accounts, broadening her skill-sets through managing larger accounts, beginning to mentor new starters
• She is now the Manager of the Science, Engineering & Supply Chain team, a highly profitable and

This year, Cpl, in conjunction with Focus Ireland, aim
to raise €20,010 by the end of 2010. Some of the
events that employees have participated in over the
last few months have ranged from table quizzes and
comedy nights to the Four Peaks Challenge.
EPIC: EPIC (Employment for People from Immigrant
Communities) is BITCI's innovative programme
which is targeted at legally resident EU and Non-EU
adults. The aim of EPIC is to assist this target group
in securing employment, training and education.
Jobcare is a charity committed to working with the
long term unemployed. Cpl provides volunteers to
help with CV preparation and interview techniques
for potential employees.
Cpl strive to be an active community partner through corporate social
responsibility programmes. The focus is on people in the community and
corporate giving.

Biography Anne Heraty, Chief Executive, Cpl Resources plc
In 1989, Anne decided to set up her own company Computer Placement. Ten years
later, her company went public and is now the only Irish recruitment organisation
quoted on both the Dublin and London Stock exchanges.
Anne Heraty was the first and only woman Chief Executive of an Irish public
company on the Stock Market.
Anne’s commitment to her staff has been an integral part of the company’s success
and many of her employees have been with her for years. Winning the “Best
Companies to Work for Award 2006” is a testament to this.
During the past number of years, Anne held prestigious positions on the Boards of
numerous Irish organisations including the Board of the Irish Brain Research
Foundation, the Council of Further Education and Training Awards Council (FETAC).
She has been Chairperson of the NTAC since its establishment in 2001. In 2006,
Anne was the winner in the international category and overall winner of the Ernst &
Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and was the ninth winner of the competition.

  • 12. Corporate Giving and CSR: This year, Cpl, in conjunction with Focus Ireland, aim to raise €20,010 by the end of 2010. Some of the events that employees have participated in over the last few months have ranged from table quizzes and comedy nights to the Four Peaks Challenge. EPIC: EPIC (Employment for People from Immigrant Communities) is BITCI's innovative programme which is targeted at legally resident EU and Non-EU adults. The aim of EPIC is to assist this target group in securing employment, training and education. Jobcare is a charity committed to working with the long term unemployed. Cpl provides volunteers to help with CV preparation and interview techniques for potential employees. Cpl strive to be an active community partner through corporate social responsibility programmes. The focus is on people in the community and corporate giving.
  • 13. “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, ` and shows the way.” Cpl believe that leadership is critical to the development of staff and we are proud to have one of Ireland’s business leaders at the helm: Biography Anne Heraty, Chief Executive, Cpl Resources plc In 1989, Anne decided to set up her own company Computer Placement. Ten years later, her company went public and is now the only Irish recruitment organisation quoted on both the Dublin and London Stock exchanges. Anne Heraty was the first and only woman Chief Executive of an Irish public company on the Stock Market. Anne’s commitment to her staff has been an integral part of the company’s success and many of her employees have been with her for years. Winning the “Best Companies to Work for Award 2006” is a testament to this. During the past number of years, Anne held prestigious positions on the Boards of numerous Irish organisations including the Board of the Irish Brain Research Foundation, the Council of Further Education and Training Awards Council (FETAC). She has been Chairperson of the NTAC since its establishment in 2001. In 2006, Anne was the winner in the international category and overall winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and was the ninth winner of the competition. “Anne Heraty is testament to this and her business success can be partly attributed to her ability to grow entrepreneurialism from within her organization”.
